Stroopwafels (syrup waffles) - thin waffles sandwiched together with syrup (duh) or honey or caramel.
Bitterballen - deep fried meatballs; need I say more?
Patat - the Dutch version of Belgium Fries
Stamppot - potatoes mashed up with other veggies (endives, kale, carrots, sauerkraut, spinach, and onion) and sometimes meats (bacon).
Raw herring - traditionally, the Dutch just let the whole thing slide down their gullet and it's eaten with some finely chopped onion. If you'd rather, you could attach it with a knife and fork.
